An item I won on E-Bay in NOVEMBER has not been shipped to me yet, and I can only get an automated email reply or voicemail. Another order I placed online has not shipped because ONE item was back-ordered but they failed to inform me of this. Poor dougiefelchtone won't get all his presents in time because of THE FUCKING PEOPLE FUCKING MY SHIT UP
