My sister asked me to post this entry. She needs people to counsel as part of her graduate studies, but they must be people she does not know. Free counseling! And, she's cute! All you need to provide is yourself. I promise, she will make you feel fascinating

This is Stephanie. I am a graduate student in the counseling program at Seattle University. I think starting with a counselor-in-training is a great way to be introduced to "what counseling is like" if you are considering seeking a therapist, but you are unsure of what it is like. Also, if you have been in counseling before and aren't going because you don't want to commit a lot of time to it or you can't afford it, then I am a great resource for you. If you want to have more sessions than 8-10, you can continue with another counselor-in-training after me. Doesn't this all sound wonderful? I think it does. During this intense time in our nation's history we deserve to take up space with our thoughts, heart, and soul, show up for our lives (be Present), and find meaning in life.
