Driving back from lunch today I spied a vintage VW Beattle/Bug newly painted a pretty creamey lavender/lilac being driven by this crumudengly looking hippy.

The car was just so cute.

Watch the movie. I loved it and now need to find it for ourselves.

Pretty much what happened on my way out to dinner tonight with the Mr. My foot slipped on the last step, I went down. My ankle aches, my hip aches, and my hand hurts. I'm sure there will be bruises.

Graceful I was not.

But yeah - that project just went up in priority.

I did get two new dresses. Guess we'll have to go somewhere nice.

Charlie the cat (aka chubby) is doing just fine. He put on 10 oz's in two weeks the aka chubby comment. He also finds it very interesting when you crinkle paper. Very intersting as in run from other rooms to investigate to play with the crinkly noise ( Read more... )

So my boss handed me tickets earlier this week to go see Micheal Allen Harrison at the Old Church for his XMas concert.  The boss wasn't able to go and knew the Mr and I enjoyed music.

Not fair.  I've had a cough for well over a week. Dr thinks it due to a sinus infection (very deep one) so I'm on antibiotics and cough suppresent.  I've actually been sleeping oh 8+ hours a night.  Which while nice still doesn't feel like enough.

But tomorrow is Turkey day!  Yeah.  We'e doing dinner with my mom's family. It should be pretty low ( Read more... )
