1. Would their names start with a T and a B???
2. I think it took a lot of guts, considering how unpopular it was going to make him at the SGC. But, as Fig pointed out, it wasn't his decision alone. That's a scene I'd love to see someone write about.
3. I can't see either one volunteering to climb in the chamber.
4. The Great and Powerful Teal'c!
5. I admit to getting a certain satisfaction at Woolsey's terror at being trapped with a pissed off Daniel!

1. It's one of the things I most love about Daniel - his utter arrogance that is matched only by his usual brutal self-honesty on those occasions when he is spectacularly wrong. He's most dangerous when he doesn't realize he's wrong, of course. Which is why I wish they'd kept the ambiguity going for longer - it really is possible to see an evil!Daniel. (Love the way his casual posture in the captain's chair, when he beamed up Jack, so precisely mirrored his casual slouch in Absolute Power ( ... )

1- Daniel's demeanor in The Big Chair was so totally different than it was in 'Company of Thieves' when he was so obviously uncomfortable being in command. And yes, his slouch was very reminiscent of APDaniel ( ... )
