my experiment w/marijuana. I canceled my psychiatrist appointments and began using it to replace the medication (paxil) that I had so desperately sought after before I began attending them. After several months of expensive appointments and different OTC drugs that really didn't work, I chose to use marijuana instead. She (psychiatrist) never agreed to give me paxil, which is silly considering I used to be on it several years ago, and it did me wonders, but I had to quit due to my parents unfortunate credit card debt. (back then I didn't have a job as I was only 14)
Sure, its illegal, but it's a lot cheaper, and while the initial high can be quite intoxicating, the after-effects are almost identical to that of paxil (for me atleast). But I won't lie, that's not the only reason I've been doing it. I'll admit it can be quite fun as well.
Before I started using it, I was fully aware of the consequences that I could one day face, and now that day has come.
