Ancient LJ neural pathways re-established. *cracks knuckles* Here we go...

I will now attempt to write about what I've been up to over these past few days, although the challenge is arduous since most events blur into the next, which blurs into nothingness (bed).

Seriously, what did I do yesterday other than sleep? There must be something... right?

Writing and walking are excellent coping mechanisms. But really, anything that gets you from one day to the next is better than the alternative.

Sometimes, getting from one next day to the other only increases the likelihood that eventually that'll cease to be the case.

That is true too. But it does give you time to find other, healthier ways to cope. The writing and the walking ideas are excellent.
