We went to Fort Macon on Wednesday morning. They've got a replica of the brick oven they used to make bread with and when you open the door there's a big space, but not one big enough for, say, me to crawl into.

Watching Buddy chase bubbles around the yard is the most amusing thing ever. He takes flying leaps at them. He must have the cleanest mouth.

Also, the liliacs are blooming. That always makes me smile.
