When I was a kid, Mom didn't make a whole bunch of casseroles.  So, I didn't learn how to make casseroles from scratch.  During Lent, I made a Tuna Helper casserole, and really liked it.  I have been trying to find other, pre-packaged things to make casserole style, when it dawned on me
