Decide to call off work early today, and send some 7th mth stuff to ex-colleague.
Being so early, head down to the pool for my long missed swim. Had a good swim with not many peoples in the pool.

Got the runny nose again!
Alan, ex colleagues and the person whom had introduced me the current job came visit me at the office.
We had lunch and tea at the nearby hawker and coffee shop respectively.
On the same time, also gone see doctor and got myself a 3days MC. Despite MC, I was still at work till end of the working hour.
