Series 6 isn't really worth it. If you've seen that video of the whole plot of Series 5/6 (which I actually got lost in!), then you'll have just one more reason not to bother with it. Series 5 I could deal with, to some extent, but Series 6 just had too many "WTF" moments for me to even see this as the same show I love.

I think the reason I love Moffat's writing in Sherlock is because he can write men really well, women not so much. In Sherlock it's hard to find a woman that's not stereotyped or written as a minor character. That show would never pass the Bechdel test as its two main characters are male and they investigate murders. I'm actually glad that he doesn't need to write female characters in Sherlock because it would just fall flat and ruin a great show for me. (Really, what is with that mn and women?!)
