You may have to move your bed from the radiator or just sleep naked. Being woken up because your to hot just sucks. I think that is one of the reasons we keep our house at 66 degrees at night because none of my family likes to sleep hot.

We haven't turned on the heat in my house yet I am trying to postpone it for as long as I can because I am not ready to pay those damn heating bills.

As far as your clock, well I can't help you there except maybe throwing it out the window for you.

I can't really move my bed the way I've set up my apartment. I'd have to move a lot of furniture (and boxes) to get it away from it and then I'd only get a few feet. I too like it colder at night (my father used to keep it around 55 and hardly ever above 65 during the day so I'm used to it cold) so this is very different.

I've got a clock on my cable box so that's a bit hard to throw out the window. :)

I hate when the heat kicks in and wakes me up. I've tried to get ours so it's at a comfortable temp during the night, but it's a pain trying to balance it with this new boiler that I'm really not used to yet

I think my landlord has it backwards: I hear it come on at 2200, 2300, 0400, and 0700 but hardly ever during the evening when I get out of work I never hear it. Doesn't help that the radiator near my bed basically covers up this big hole in my floor.

Ah, apartment living. :/

1. I know nothing about it.
2. Good music is always fun.
3.I heat weird heat that doesn't behave. It's impossible to sleep when hot.

3. Last evening I was freezing because I didn't hear the heat come on until around 2200. *facepalm* That's weird. I did hear my neighbors being stupidly loud upstairs and someone pounding on a door somewhere. IDK.
