PROOF THAT I TAKE MY SUBCULTURE WAY TOO SERIOUSLY
Click to viewI had a dream that VampireFreaks (its like... the Gothic myspace, for those of you who don't know) opened up a private school. Anyone who was in the school was Goth and all of its little spin-offs (emo, scene, punk, EBM, whatever).
Pretty much all of the kids in my grade were in it, only they were transformed into Goth kids. Wtf?
I couldn't get my locker open, even in my dream. Is that sad?
Anyways, since everyone was some type of Goth kid, they had little... conversions for HS subcultures:
Scene = prep
Goth = normal/sometimes "popular"
Emo = nerd/social outcasts
Punk = bullies/trouble-makers
It was the weirdest dream I ever had involving any type of subcultures. And probably the only one I ever had.
There was an upside, though. All of the guys were hot. *drool*
I came up with two conclusions as to why I had this dream:
1. I am really not ready to go back to school.
2. I need to stay away from my friends and Hot Topic for a few days.
