Cobra Starship... again...

My friend's mum has a friend who works at the Rave/Eagles ballroom... so we got a bunch of free tickets... expect a bunch of posts on concerts.

So anyways, right now, I just came back from seeing Cobra Starship. Does this sound familiar? Well, it should, because I made a post on a Cobra Starship back in January/February... this has been my second time seeing Cobra Starship in concert.

This time, Cobra Starship is on tour with Forever the Sickest Kids, Sing it Loud and Hit the Lights.

We waited in line for the concert for maybe... an hour? We waited two hours before someone actually played, but I think it was an hour before we actually got into the building. It was sort of chilly out and I was wearing a denim skirt and fishnet tights so... o_o yeah, I was cold.

Okay, so, I actually saw the singer (or was it bassist? I didn't really look) of Sing it Loud actually was giving out CDs before the actual concert, when we were waiting in line inside the building. He was really sweet. And cute. x)

Once we made it inside, we were about 2nd to 3rd row. I tried to get to first but all of the girls in front of me were friends so like... it was impossible to get between them. But whatever, it was okay.

Sing it Loud played first and... oh my goshhhh... I can't stop saying how cute this band isss... Like, the bassist and singer looked like they could be brothers (whatever, I'm just saying that because they both had really long hair)... and the bassist... oh my god... SO CUTE~! My friend Caitlin and I keep arguing over who's cuter--the bassist or the singer. I just like the bassist more because he was running around on stage and was really energetic and... cute...

lulz.

Hit the Lights... well, I don't really know what to say about them. Lol. I actually don't even really remember them that well. Is that sad, considering I was JUST at the concert? I dunno. I don't usually like concerts like this, because I think all of the bands sound the same. Anyways, all that I really remember was that the lead singer looked like a gangster. No, seriously. I half expected him to be a rapper. xD

Forever the Sickest Kids... they were really good. They all have crazy hair, though. o_o Like, seriously. It defied gravity. Yeah, they were one of the bands I was looking forward to seeing... right behind Cobra, that is. :) But yeah, they were pretty good. Unfortunately, at that point, one of the girls I went to concert with... we both got separated from everyone else. And I was perfectly happy in my third row. But this girl really wanted to get out... and I could tell she wasn't going to leave until someone went with her... so we both got out of the crowd. So I was kind of disappointed but... it was no big deal. Because I could tell she really wanted to get out because these two girls next to her were really annoying and were practically suffocating her.

Anyways, we reunited with our entire group and watched Cobra Starship together. Ahh... they were amazing. :) They opened with Church of Hot Addiction. During Kiss my Sass, Gabe lifted up his shirt during the lyric "I can be a nasty guy"... ooh... :DDD It was amazing. And right before Smile for the Paparazzi... They got Ryland to shake his butt. :P They were all like, "Okay, guys! Ryland's going to shake his ass, but we need audience participation for this! You see, the louder and faster you guys clap, the better Ryland's going to shake his ass!" Ryland seemed really embarrassed and cute, but he turned around and did it anyways. xD It was incredible.

But yes. The concert was filled with funny little things like that. Gabe mentioned the concert back in January, which was really cool. And for the encore, he came out, dressed in a new outfit with cool new shades. The encore was awesome too. Before Pleasure Ryland, Ryland came out by himself and was talking about how he was going to invest in a private island... and I was like, "TAKE ME WITH YOU!!!" Haha. And after Pleasure Ryland, they played Guilty Pleasure, and we all did the dance... and it was totally wicked. Haha.

But yes, definitely a fun time. I feel like Cobra Starship played a shorter show, though. Maybe because there were four bands? I dunno. But still, they did an awesome job. I really liked it.

But yes. There were definitely be more concert updates from me. I'm going to a lotttt.
