does anyone remember when the g4 channel actually had good programming for gamers? then over the years after techtv bought them out they had crappy programming for gamers? now as it seems they have forgotten every aspect of gaming whatsoever, i dont even see it as a channel for geeks anymore! all the shows they have now that used to be on the ( Read more... )

Count me among those few. Although, at the time, it was good because no one had run those HB cartoons for years. Some I didn't know existed. You should come over sometime and, for s&g, watch my Thundercats eps I taped off Toonami when they were running it back in '97. A lot has changed in 9 years...

Spike TV...you mean that channel that shows occasional snippets of James Bond movies in between massive blocks of loud and annoying commercials? =X^D

Tech TV was bought out by G4. Unfortunately the brainchild behind it all got his millions and walked. The guy that took the reigns also made his millions and walked. Now we are left with Kevin (I love my Dorky self) Peretta running the whole shebang. He was never much of a video game lover. Thank god they had the brains to keep X-Play - I <3 Adam Sessler & Morgan Webb ( ... )

awesome...sounds like a magazine with actual helpful info instead of just biased ratings on games :p
