Start cleaning up the tables, put the chairs on the tables. Then walk over, pick up their cups and put the chairs they're sitting in on the tables.

Or, you know, at ten after, you could walk over and say "I'm sorry we're closed, you'll have to leave. Would you like that to go?" That's what we did at McDonalds, and it never caused a problem.
