Yesterday was my first university-level dissection. It was a little more structured than the dissections in highschool (essentially hacking up a fish and a rat). On the slab this time around was a dogfish. I'm anxious about exams so I'm going to stay at my mother's place until they're all finished. Home is not a suitable environment for studying at this moment. I'm taking my computer with me so I'll still be floating around on the internet every once in a while.

Two deaths in one week seems a bit excessive really. Friend Sam gassed herself in a car Friday night a week ago. Went to her funeral on Wednesday. I'd only been to two funerals in my time. This is Tim Burton's first stop-motion, I believe. I fell in love with it when I was about 16 or so. It also helps that I really enjoyed watching old Vincent Price movies when I was little.
