I had a blast on vacation from Saturday to Thursday. It was what I really needed at this point in time. I am energized for the rest of the convention season ahead. I do know I want to do a vacation again and sometime early in 2012. A first thought is to do Anime Central in Chicagoland at the end of April, 2012. I am jealous of you going to Disney World. I have been jonesing for another trip. I kinda sorta want to go down for the re-opening of the Enchanted Tiki Room.

I think Enchanted Tiki Room is opening later this summer. I do know you can get an on site resort from Late August-early October for $69 a night. That is a great buy. There are also a great bunch of places nearby for around that price. My hotel the Clarion inn Lake Buena Vista was $59 a night. www.clarionlbv.com is the address. It is recently renovated with Flat Screen TV's, Fridge and a Microwave. They also have shuttles to the parks. If you want more advice or thoughts, please let me know.

Tiki room re-opens August 16th. And yes, that is a good deal for on-site, but I don't necessarily need it, as my grandfather lives about 45 minutes from WDW. If i decide to go down, I might stay there anyway, though.

I got his autograph at DragonCon last year, so there isn't a screaming want for his autograph. I also want to find an overnight relaxing trip sometime before Anime USA (even if it is just down the Ocean).
