When did Bush say that North Korea had nuclear weapons? I heard him say they had nucular weapons, but not nuclear.

DAMN DRAMA MEETINGS BEING ON THE SAME DAY AS THE POLITICAL CLUB!!!! I am torn between leading the drama club and gleefully cutting the legs out from under conservatives...Woe is me.

I second this comment and would like to get a petition to have the days changed for either club.
