well day one the battery dies. bought a new one. fixed it. yay, everything's ok.
day two... car overheats at McDonalds. like 5 hours later we take it out to see if it's ok... overheats again.
third day we buy coolant to see if that's the prob... car overheats for a third time. so we take it to the shop they said i need a new radiator(sp) and time belt and crap like that. it cost a lot, as stated in my post.
but now get this, they called today and said the cars are fixed and we can pick them up (both mine and my dad's cars where there). we go down there and i drive my car home, my dad gets in to go pick up his car and by the time we got back to the shop (like 5 min away) the car was overheated and smoking like a bitch again! ugh i was sooo mad. but yeah, this one better be on them. cuz they didn't fix shit. sorry. im pissed off again, lol. but yeah on a happy note i think my dad's paying for it as a "company car" so i'll either end up paying less or doing a shit load of work for him. who knows... we'll see.
