eewwww.... that's not going to work for me.

the Bootcamp manual says I need to eat up to 6 meals a day.

Over the years, I've trained myslef to have maybe 1 small to medium sized meal per day during the week. On the weekends I usually eat twice a day but that's it.

It says here you will black out during the workout if you do not consume enough

I used to jog 4 miles on 500 calories per day - but I'm guessing they'll have a problem with that.

I can give up fast food without too much withdrawl since I haven't eaten it for a while. But forcing myself to eat is going to be the hard part.
