I’m getting pre-labor signs, but it’s all inconsistent. I had to make myself a ridiculous list of things to do, which I will never finish, but that was the point. Things to do, not necessary, or to be done quickly, just to do should I feel the need to have to do something instead of analyzing my body and re-reading passages

Try doing things that actually require attention like reading or crossword puzzles, instead of watching tv or walking. Try drawing something upside down from how you see it. Write a song or a story or a letter for Baby. Teach your puppy a new trick. Call a chatty friend - if you don't have one, call my grandmother!
