I don't recognize the city, but it's apparent this is either a higher calibur illusion than before, or perhaps we're somewhat touching on another reality. [ Sasuke's not theorizing with any precision, and he appears to be dressed decently for the times, lighting a pipe as he communicates with the sphere. Time to blend in with a new population. ]

I dunno... maybe the early 20th century, at a guess? Don't take my word for it, though.
