The very reason I don't like judged sporting events. Some athletes because of their reputation get handed higher scores when they don't deserve it *cough Michelle Kwan cough* and the shameful usage of underage athletes is despicable. Although as Károlyi said, common in Authoritarian countries. I liked the NY Times article that said their identity cards, which have their birth date embedded in the number assigned, has at least two gymnasts as underage.
