It turns out I have sleep apnea. I would fall asleep at work, driving, in the dr's office, etc. I spent the night at a sleep clinic and they say I stop breathing 16 times per hour and wake-up 29 times per hour. Wow, that is intense that almost all your dreams are set in San Franciso. You should come visit.

That is strange that you can't remember your dreams, which is a drag, but I think it is true that you have been remembering them since you used to wake up so frequently.

Great that you are treating your sleep apnea though! And, especially because it makes you more rested throughout the day. I stay up too late myself these days, most days, and scale back every now and then, since I think not having enough time in the pure darkness asleep is not good for me. You need that real dark time to have good deep dreams. I get less of it going to bed at 4 AM since the sun comes up in a couple of hours.

Anyway, nice to see you on here! Sleep well!

Actually, I'm bringing my daughter and her friend in Sept. to see a band. I'm thinking about finding a place to spend the night. We should hook-up.

Oh yes, let's hook up!!! I would love to see you!

I am here in September, I may travel in August. But, let me know when and we can definitely meet.

I wish I had a place to send you to for the night, no guest room in this little place I have. I know there are some cheap enough hotels though here and there. Maybe Jan has some room?

Talk to you soon and continue to sleep better -
