I know it's not the same, but the temps yesterday dropped 25 degrees in 6 hours -- from 47 degrees (when I went in to work at Michaels at 5 am) to 22 degrees at 11 am, when I got home. Then it went to 17 degrees [felt like 5, said the phone weather app] later that evening, when I was trying to take the pieces of the TV stand I bought at Target up to the apartment (too heavy to take the box up at once, so I opened it in the car and carried it up 2 flights piece by piece). This morning: 12 degrees walking to work. For a state that considers 32 degrees the worst of winter temps, this is bitter cold.
If you don't have a Paleo cookbook, I think it's helpful. Also, Pinterest -- lots of Paleo recipe links. (I get those from my cousin Jill who I think is also following Paleo.)
I'm rooting for the Pack and Randall Cobb. And, of course, the Steelers, who stuck it to the Bengals yesterday. I think there is a reason that there are more Steeler displays -- car stickers, sweatshirts, hats -- in Lexington than Bengals stuff.
Those are cute snowmen! Sorry for the sore knees. But better than pre-surgery, I hope? A friend of mine eats Paleo. I should try some sort of diet but I already know how horrible I am at sticking to rules for eating... :-( Right now have a bad cold so nothing tastes very good anyway except hot soup...
