a REALLY AWESOME seller. I bought a top asking for normal postage, and then waited for quite awhile but it still didn't show up. I emailed her asking if she DID send it out, and her reply was not only prompt; she was also very concerned and even volunteered to check with the post office for me 0.0
She got back to me soon and said my parcel was found, and that they would deliver it soon. (This is cool cos its technically my fault for not getting registered postage.)
About 3 weeks later the parcel still hadn't arrived, so i emailed her again. And she was shocked and went to check with them again!
And i've finally received it, all thanks to her (:
