My back has hurt so bad since yesterday I can't even put it into words...

Okay, maybe I can, lol.  Have you ever had the flu?  Those back aches?  Multiply that times 100.  It's like, this back and arm achy feeling, and a massage... I almost cried when my little sister gave me a massage.

okay, so i'm lost, who's mad at you and why...and what did you do to your back...and i'm glad that your dad is doing alright, hopefully soon he'll be doing great!

Long story... :-/ But my back hurts from the wreck I was in. The day after, I only had a little bit of pain in my lower back, right side. The next day it was a little more sore and my shoulders and neck were hurting, and I was having these weird muscle contractions next to my right shoulder blade (which I found out were muscle spasms). It keeps getting worse... last night I tried sleeping with a heating pad under my upper back and without a pillow, which helped a LITTLE... but my entire back has turned into one achy mess with the occasional BAD pain. Lets try to have a Mex night this week or something! Josh and I move into our apartment MOST LIKELY this weekend, so maybe we could do it one of those nights or even early next week. I miss you!!!

Go to PT. I was almost going to ask my Dave about how to convince you to go today LOL but he was too busy poking at my knee and making fun of me :(

LOL that's cute. Don't worry, I'll be going... this pain is pretty much beyond my tolerance level now, and I'm sick of having to whine. I'm so stiff now I can barely bend over :-/
