Some SERIOUS drabble Spuffy style. I don't even know if this is any good.
I'm like... I just needed to write them.

DFAKJHSDJKFHAKSL it's so perfect and DOMESTIC and so completely THEM. They keep talking, they never listen, and they never change- because that's just too easy, and now Spike probably secretly smirks every time he leaves that door open because he loves to see Buffy in a fury and Buffy has him in mind every time she stubbornly leaves the cereal out because he's got to learn to let her have her quirks and they don't really matter at the end of the day anyway, because there's a part of each of them that gets antsy when things are too quiet between them, and the sniping is almost a relief because of it.

Ok. I was like, so hoping you would read this because now that this has your approval I actually feel like I can like it. I'm not kidding I was sitting there like, Eff, I hope Mari likes this one. Because I just crapped it out out of nowhere but the expressive desire to write them and the ending felt so weird to me....
But you like it, and I'm so happy!

SO MUCH FUN TO WRITE BANTER.
Forever and always. As much as I love writing the quieter, sweeter moments between them, Spuffy banter makes up the fondest desires of my heart. I want a relationship with banter like their banter.

Banter is so much fun! I really want a relationship with this type of comfortable banter! My other doesn't get it, I'll try to banter and he'll get all offended.

But I love both the banter and the sweet moments. :)

I love domestic Buffy/Spike soooo much! And you've gotten it just right! Of course they will drive each other nuts forever, and of course they'll love each other just as much or more because of it.
