Yeah, I tried to look but the online interface only lets me go back to 2008.

Although, it's worth noting that in December of 2007 (the earliest it goes back), I paid $3.66 less for cable than in January of 2008. $3 for the modem and 8% in taxes, perhaps? I wish I had something more conclusive, but it's a start. Thanks for getting me to check again ;)
