Have you tried any of the recipes at budgetbytes.com? A friend posted a link on Facebook in the spring and it has become one of my go-to sites. Everything I have tried there has been quite good. I especially love the rootbeer pulled pork and the sausage and kale skillet.
My New Year's resolution this year (or one of them) is to try at least one new recipe a month, so I don't get in a cooking slump, so I will happily read your posts on cooking!

No, I have not, but I will certainly look. I have so many cookbooks (because buying the books means I have the skills, right?), so I am trying to use those and figure out which ones to keep, and which to just copy out the 1 or 2 recipes.
