animals were put on earth to be used by us as we see fit. besides...they're ANIMALS.

i dont know where you got the whole "the cow is still alive as they dismember it" ummm "fact" but to my knowledge the cow is dead when they do that stuff. how you may ask? well they shoot a bolt into this certain spot in their head which kills them instantly. but thats for the cow i dont know about the other kinds of meat, like chicken, or pig, or penguin.

I never said anything in my entry was a "fact", but investigations into the procedures of slaughterhouses has shown that although some do use more "humane" ways to kill the animal before they gather the meat, many more don't. In fact, shooting an electric current to a certain part of their brain doesn't always kill them, it actually can cause them to be paralyzed without losing sensibility.

All my "facts" were taken from a long period of research over the internet, news articles and periodicals. If you would like to discuss this further, I would me more than happy to.
