I hope Jensen can recover enough to take that job. Bet Jeff's business associates won't like it! I'm curious what Jensen will end up doing.

I hope you don't consider this a spoiler, but recovery from the procedure Jensen underwent is usually pretty fast since it's minimally invasive (just a tiny cut). The lesions on his back aren't pretty but they don't 'do' much. They're a sign, though, that his immune system is very weak... so his current meds might not be working properly. If the doctors get that controlled, he should be able to work - as long as he's focused enough to keep up the job ;) More though, in the next chapter.

Glad you're curious what he'll be doing as a job, I'm looking forward to read what you think about it :D

the first chapter of this story made me cry. the next chapters continued to brake my heart. this story is so sad and i know enough about these diseases to know the boy's future together is not all that long, but i hope it will be at least a little happier.
please tell me you plan on writing more. i am so curious where you will choose to end it and also i just love reading what you write.
you have a very good way of creating the atmosphere and letting the reader into the character's head.

It's not looking very good for them right now, but Jared and Jensen will certainly try to make the best of the time they have. And Jensen has no intention of lying back and dying ;)

I'm happy to read you enjoy my writing style and yes, there'll be more to this. At the moment I'm still working on Day 8 - I've hit a bit of a writer's block last week, but I hope to get the chapter ready for posting in the next few days. next few days sounds very good to me. i can deal with waiting as long as i know you do not plan to leave this fic behind for good.
last night i stumbled upon your fic by accident. only today i got to look at your lj and realized you also draw. damn, i am jealous. i am a complete failure in the art department.
so i am keeping my fingers crossed that the writers block goes and bothers somebody else :P

Aww, thank you, but I don't think my drawing is all that good. At least never when it hast to be -.- It seems like whenever I sign up for a challenge to do art, I can't get to paper what I actually want to. And I don't believe you're really a complete failure in the art department, IMO it's all about practice - I shudder when read or look at my old stories and art, because now I see what's wrong, even if I didn't see it back then ;)

*g* Thanks, I'm crossing my fingers, too, but somehow it's persistently sticking with me... and the thing that sucks the most is that I know what I want to write, I know where the story goes, I just can't seem to find the right words :( So far, I'm still only about 50 to 75% done with the new chapter :(
