I tried looking up Quest online...not much that seems appropriate comes up, but I figure it's easy enough to mention :)

As for Linux, does it have to run iTunes? Not just something else that can manage playlists and the like?

I'd like to get iTunes running as I have a bunch of music and video that I have downloaded form Apple. If it wasn't for that, I'd just dump it, there's a few linux apps that can do just fine. Maybe I'll keep windows on the desktop and convert the laptops to linux.

Interested in Quest, sure :) Likely interested in helping as an NPC if that's a good way to start...

As for Linux, are you using Wine as a Windows emulator? Or anything like VMWare?
