I'm glad you enjoyed the story. It was so much fun to write and to create. I loved doing research for it.

P.S. I did a little research about what she said about Charlie. I had not heard about the news, but I got to say...I know that some people will not like it, but I love that Charlie is more into his job than into women. It will be awesome to work with that in, ahem, a certain following story. :D

Over from crack broom, and really glad I clicked.

This was just fabulous! I want to know more about Anat: who she was and how she got there. The imagery invoked by the first parts of this made me feel like I was there, and Bill's seduction and eventual rejection of her gave a great insight into the danger faced by cursebreakers. Charlie's cameo was a good way to contrast the simplicity of most men with the cool analytical mind of Bill, and the ending was perfect.
