I read a book today called "The Memory Keeper's Daughter". In the story, a doctor delivers his own twin children on a dark and stormy night in 1964, and, realizing his daughter has Down syndrome, he asks the nurse to immediately take the child to an institution while he tells his wife the baby died at birth. That was beautiful and very honest. I have had that book on my shelves for a few months and I keep finding other ones to read before it; I think I am going to start it now. Thanks for updating. I miss you and I enjoy reading your thoughts. Goodluck with getting to know your siblings. I know you've always made a great effort to have them in your life.

Amazingly deep. I felt similar until I moved up north with Catriona. We've become very close. It's something that I'd recommend. Distance really does affect your relationship. I'm going to try and read that book-it sounds fascinating...xx
