So one of the joys of Getting Older is that PMS has, for me, become a total emotional rollercoaster. As in I cry my eyes out at the least sign of stress, conflict, emotion, etc. I tear up over theatre reviews in the Georgia Straight and if I mis-deal while playing cards, and totally break down if someone expresses the least amount of frustration

The closest thing to pms that I'll ever experience is my insomnia; though, I don't think that pms causes you to suffer from visual and auditory hallucinations around the 3-4 day mark.

I get emotional during that time in similar ways, though I haven't tried this infusion.

I decided to just accept it. As soon as I got those feelings I rented really sad movies and cried it all out. It was really therapeutic. I feel like when a person has this it is because they have blocked the flow of energy in their regularly life. They have not been able to express something and during this time their body releases egg, lining and emotions.
Also I heard that doing yoga can help....

I do agree with devinbot that acknowledging* and accepting what's going on helps some. I'll go sit in my room and play depressing music for a little while before going out among people again. It helps a little.
*(this word looks spelled REALLY wrong, but the internet says it's correct)

secondly, i, too, have been a fucking nightmare the week before i start bleeding. plus my tits are getting HUGE. what the fuck? can't i just start growing more chest hair, or something?
