As a moderator of many communities...what do you feel like you've lacked in? It's kind if how live journal works. It slows...then picks up...then slows...etc. I'm happy to take over...I'm on lj constantly (can't stand fb etc and I've had my journal for 14 years) but you're not doing a poor job.
