I took my son to the VA today, it was the second time. It is hard, if not impossible for him to go alone. He hasn't needed this kind of support since he was a child. Palo Alto VA

We found the Palo Alto and other California branches of the Vets Admin VERY helpful beyond the call of duty for my fella, Marty, who had been homeless and badly treated for a while. They nearly always could help or knew someone to contact, and his medical care is thoughtful and complete even when it was hard for Marty to admit he needed help. Yeah they lost some files and made mistakes in the begining in Oregon, but once his paperwork cleared, things were good.
