-Let's talk about oatmeal. Because you know what? It's delicious. Eating it is not a moral choice. Yes, it's a healthy food, but I find it just as tasty and possibly more satisfying than a breakfast taco, a bagel with cream cheese, or any other "less healthy" choice. Bwuh. And the instant stuff is probably as sugary as some "less healthy" breakfastables anyhow (but boy, it tastes good). Sometimes you want to reap the spiritual benefits of eating something you enjoy, ffs. (And it's not a moral failing if you can't eat oatmeal because the taste just doesn't jibe with you, either.)

I think as far as instant stuff goes, this is pretty non-sugary. It's the Cinnamon Spice flavor of Quaker Oats. *shrug*

It's nummy and it's not overpoweringly sweet like the maple brown sugar flavor.

#8 was the only episode of Zim I ever saw, prompted by the g/f at the time.

Yeah. Bad choice.

Oatmeal: It keeps you righteous, moral, and regular*.

*Only one of these are relevant to food.
