I am going to use physical mail for the form. The government always pays more attention to the post.

I have to comment on this.

Same legislation passed here in Arizona.

But seriously, what did you expect?

They've got the right to make their opinion known just as much as anyone else.

Given enough time, it won't matter. This will be a moot point.

Just sayin'.

what about separation between church and state? this is what i'm upset about, with regard to the catholic church and the church of LDS.

I think the members of LDS and the catholic church have the same rights as other people in respects to their beliefs. You can scream conspiracy as much as you want, man.

As I've said elsewhere, just because someone is forced to tolerate something does not mean that they have to agree with it.

As for me? I voted against it.

But you, even now, have to accept the fact that sometimes the majority rules against you. Makes life much easier.

Majority ruled that they're not ready for it. don't blame the catholic church or LDS for it. The people themselves are the ones who voted against it. I hope they can come to terms with it eventually, but they're not ready for it yet. They made that known. I doubt over half of the people in california are cathoic or mormon.

Do the math, man. People chose on their own. It's their right to their opinion. Instead of attacking people for having different views, show them why you believe it's right. change their minds through kindness, not through anger.

And btw, my wife doesn't even know I voted against the amendment.

She voted for it.
