So last night, like many many nights before, our super young hippy neighbors woke Kate up long after she went to sleep (the girl gets up at 6 am daily for work). Now, not only are they loud and obnoxious, but there are like, 6 or 7 of them living in one little apartment, AND they deal drugs - we know it - it's pretty obvious.
