We had that happen here a couple of weeks ago, upgraded our SecurID admin software a version, the SMS pushes for the client go out everywhere, and then someone at a remote site realizes that all of the remote sites use a version of some screwed up dialup software to connect to an AS400, and it doesn't like the new SecurID client. Oh, and the software provider hasn't published an update in like 3 years. So all of the SMS pushes had to be rolled back, the admin software rolled back, and for a day we couldn't reset any PINS or modify any tokens. Good times, good times.

OT reigns. I kept getting stuck in salaried jobs for about 3 years, until I had the option of taking this one hourly. I have no benefits, but as long as noone gets sick, and I can get some OT, the increase in rate is worth it.
