Just got back from the Doctor's... she was evaluating whether or not to send me to physical therapy following the car accident at the end of January. As I was raising my arms to test range of motion, an enormously loud CRACK issued forth from my shoulder joint... she physically reacted to it, which I did not take as a very good sign. She wrote me
