So, Sat evening, while the storm was raging (wasn't what I would call a blizzard), the phone rings. It's the hospital calling to see if we were still looking for a family doctor. Of course we were. *nods* Oh yes. She already prescribed medication for Mouse that she can take (she's allergic to molds and fungi which means over 90% of most medications she can't take) and will hopefully help with her monthly pains. We'll find out in the next week and a half.

We try not to go to the doctor very much but she mentioned that she'd be seeing a lot of us so I get the feeling she is very pro-active and will likely want to see us more often than we would have scheduled.

Which is good as I really should be having my electrolytes checked more often than once a year. Also, Carvis needs to follow up with the various prescriptions he has so he'll probably need to see her every 3-4 months.

Having a doctor who is willing to do everything she can to help us stay as healthy as we can is good. :)
