I think our problem is that we both worked with a fantastic chef, Roger Sperling, in Toronto back when we first got together. Our standards for good food are higher than most of the people we know.
I've noticed that when we do find a good restaurant and let friends know, it becomes very, very popular. Which means the restaurant will be around longer for us to enjoy :)
