Honestly, I think it happens to everyone some times. I know I get days like that too where I just curl up in bed and sob for no real reason. It really drives Jeremy nuts because there's nothing he can do, and I understand that.
It takes a stronger person to just let themselves cry when they need to.

Aye, I guess so. Must be a mechanism to get rid of an excess build-up of water and waste minerals, like crocodiles. Teh.

Goodness, is depression ever teh suck. Big things one can do to combat it are exercise (this is HUGE, seriously) and eat a good diet. I know I need to get out and exercise more. Either that or figure out if I can get Yourself Fitness to display from the computer to the TV screen, or just get another copy for the ps2.

It's just brain chemistry. Learning about RSD will help. So will, shockingly, being somewhat more stable with finances. Not all the weight on your shoulders is purely yours or your brain. Other folks have their issues, too, which will effect you but have nothing to do with you. You'll end up ok. Weed probably helps some, too. You'll do a lot better when you drop the idea you'll turn into mother on it. The fact it's legal where you end up helps. ( It's also legal in AZ now. Take that Daren the lion. )
