I feel like a dumbass. Today I some how managed to pull a muscle in the back of my leg. I was about 1700 yard into my 2500 yard work out it cramped up so bad that I had to float in the last 10 yard on to one side of the pool. I was doing the butterfly with zoomers on which probably wasnt the best thing. Zoomers are like small fins. So now after my
