I'm not normally one to look for spoilers, but it's hard with Lost. No bad spoilers here I suppose, mostly speculative things.
http://www.boston.com/ae/celebrity/articles/2005/06/07/michelle_rodriguez_joins_lost_castaways/Of course, with her joining the cast it seems that the people from the back half of the plane are alive. So it could be that Boone really was talking to them on the radio in that plane.
http://www.thefrenchlady.com/I can't make any sense of this mess. I'm not sure if it's an official site or not.
http://www.oceanic-air.com/seatingchart.htmThis is amazing. If you click on the seat numbers at the bottom in the order of "the numbers" you get a freaky preview for season 2. 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42 is the order. I have no clue what it means. It seems like the other half of the plane would be on the other side of the island.
Also on that site, if you look up flight 815, it says "alert" by it. It says it left Sydney 4 minutes late (because of Hurley?). But... it says it arrived at LAX, seven minutes late. Assuming that's intentional, what could that mean? Something happened in flight (the alert) but it still arrived?
There's lots of other stuff hidden on that site. I noticed some random stuff popping up, so I looked into the HTML to try to figure it out. Go to the main page and move your mouse around over the announcement. Eventually a gray bar will pop up. This is actually the corner of an image.
Here's a direct link:
http://www.oceanic-air.com/images/oa_front-letter1a.jpgIt looks like a draft of the last episode from season one. It actually describes the monster. My favorite is the initial description: "Holy. Freakin'. Lord." followed by the red in ink saying "No, no, no, not yet!"
The funny part is the some page on the site have messages from the survivors embedded in them as HTML comments. So they obviously knew people were going to be looking at the source code.
Anyways, that's all I could find. The more I find out the more I wonder if they will ever resolve it all. As it stands I don't think they could just say "here's what's really going on" and explain everything on the island. And Lost doesn't seem to reveal very much in a given episode. Just little hints here and there.
Oh, and I didn't even realize that Alex is a girl. I completely missed that in the last episode.
