Yep, since I was in the wedding I didn't get to take pictures. But EJ driving off my driveway makes for much better pictures.

That driveway is cursed...Adam can attest to that considering his recent re-bricking of the front porch. What was not mentioned is the comedic timing of it - Adam tells me to watch out for the drop off as we here "crunch". I am very happy no permanent damage was sustained.

The weekend was very amusing on many levels, from wedding humor to drunken antics to vehicular comedy. I am glad I was able to entertain...:)

It was very funny. It wasn't as bad as it looked. it came right back up after we pulled it. I for some reason had nothing to tie to the car, so I couldn't pull him out myself. It ended up doing no damage at all, and just served as some extra humor.

Did someone lose flip flops and have to fish them out with the pole? I'm just guessing from the last pictures.

Yes, they got stuck in the mud.

Could they see the flops from above? Or were they just rooting around for them? If the latter, it's surprising they even found them.

You couldn't see them, they were stuck in the mud. I'm surprised that they found them too.

Totally amazing that the flip flops were found. And I won't say that the whole incident wasn't a little gratifying :)
