Uuugh, seriously girl. Your descriptions are amazing. Rambling? No way, every sentence is intense, every sentence brings more OH SHIT to the table in terms of emotion, and it's so good. You got Roy's extremist, negative way of thinking down-pat, but also his desperation. ♥ You did great with his voice as well - favorite line is probably the "add two and two and get a goddam four out of the equation". I can totally see him saying that. Also, I'm a sucker for detox fics, so that scene was like a lollipop thrown my way ♥ Seriously though, my favorite, favorite part, is the "(But let's rewind)". Don't know why, can't explain it, but that one little touch, that one little voice, that repetition, that rhythm, just tied it all together for me.

You are super sweet. I. hiakjlsdagiji what am I supposed to say when you give such wonderful comments?

I loved the goddamn four line as well, and I'm glad Roy came out alright because, honestly? Honestly, writing Roy scares me a little. I have problems striking a good balance with him, I think. It's like, you can totally overstate his negativity and self-dependence because he's got that soft spot within him that he likes to hide and. Just, he's hard to pin down sometimes. But um. Yeah, you are so so kind and it's good to know that my nonlinear devices came through to break everyone's heart at the end strengthen the story rather than make it confusing.

You're...you're great.
